These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Descriptions are detailed enough to allow proper evaluation by the consumer. Images represent the products faithfully. Obvious mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
All images, specifications, and information are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the contract.

The price, excluding import VAT and customs fees, which remain the customer's responsibility.
Any applicable shipping costs.
The method of contract conclusion and the steps involved.
Whether or not the right of withdrawal applies.
Payment, delivery, and performance terms.
The validity of the offer or the duration the price is guaranteed.
How the consumer can verify and correct input errors before finalizing the order.
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the associated conditions. For electronic contracts, the entrepreneur ensures secure data transmission and confirms acceptance.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after purchase by returning the products in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of withdrawal and receipt of returned items.
Certain products and services, such as personalized or perishable items, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if clearly stated.
Prices will not change during the offer validity period unless required by changes in VAT or other legal adjustments.
Products must conform to the agreement and specifications. Defects must be reported within 14 days. Warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the consumer within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
